特性

  • 多达65 K逻辑单元、3.3 Mb嵌入式存储器、128个18 x 18乘法器、380个可编程I/O、一个5 Gbps PCIe通道、两个1 Gbps GigE通道、两个ADC（每个12位，1 MSPS）
  • 封装小至6x6 mm，球间距可选0.5和0.8 mm
  • 功耗模式——用户可选低功耗与高性能模式，可通过FD-SOI可编程基体偏压（back-bias）启用该功能
