Diamond编程器允许对所有基于JTAG的莱迪思器件编程（不仅包括Diamond支持的器件，还包括ispLEVER Classic和PAC-Designer支持的器件）。Diamond编程器完全集成到Diamond中，也可用作一个独立的应用程序。Diamond编程器工具简化了最常用的一些步骤：
- 设置器件信息（连线、端口等）
- 选择要使用的编程数据文件
- 每个项目支持一个或多个器件编程

Lattice Diamond Programmer提供一个易于使用的方案，适用于对所有基于JTAG的莱迪思器件编程。除了Lattice Diamond支持的FPGA，Programmer在独立使用时同样支持ispLEVER Classic、PAC-Designers和iCEcube2软件支持的器件。
向导GUI方便部署
部署工具作为Programmer工具的一部分。提供一个向导GUI用于部署编程工具实现不同功能。上述功能包含文档转换、部署到测试器、用于嵌入式编程以及部署到外部存储器。
调试编程文件
Download Debugger是用于调试SVF和STAPL文件的工具。该功能集成在Lattice Diamond以及独立的Programmer工具中。
