ispMACH 4000ZE

超低功耗、高性能

高性能,最大灵活性——ispMACH4000ZE产品系列集成高达256个宏单元,支持单个时钟的重置和预置,以及时钟使能控制,工作频率可高达260MHz。

Power Guard功能降低功耗——Power Guard通过选择禁用未使用的输入引脚将系统电流降低至10μA。每个引脚都能上拉、下拉或总线保持状态,降低系统功耗。

简化系统集成——灵活的多电压IO支持LVCMOS 3.3、LVTTL和PCI,同时支持多种温度范围,可非常方便地集成到商业和工业设计中。
