超高速——LatticeSC/M自带SERDES，集成先进的嵌入式PCS以及PURESPEED技术，支持2 Gbps并行IO，同时集成的嵌入式ASIC块可提供最高性能。

低功耗——低功耗的1 V Vcc选择降低了44%的芯片功耗，SERDES每通道功耗仅为105mW，整体功耗已尽可能降至最低。

  • 700 MHz的全局时钟， 1 GHz的边缘时钟
